Privacy Policy

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account & profile data. Your name, email address, password (stored hashed), profile photo, organization, and role within your agency.
• Client & business data you provide. Information you enter about your clients — contacts, goals, tasks, notes, calendar events, intake responses, competitor research, deal and revenue figures, and similar records.
• Content & files. Documents, images, and other assets you upload to a client workspace.
• Connected platform data.When you link a third-party account (see Section 2), we access the specific data you authorize through that platform's official API.
• Usage & device data. Log data, device and browser type, IP address, and interactions with the product, used to operate and secure the service.

Ascend OS lets you connect external accounts so we can surface content and campaign performance inside your workspace. We are planning and/or offer integrations with the following platforms:

• Meta Platforms — Facebook and Instagram, via the Meta Graph API.
• Google — including YouTube (and YouTube Shorts), via Google APIs and the YouTube Data API.
• TikTok — via the TikTok API.

You connect these accounts through each platform's standard authorization (OAuth) flow and may disconnect them at any time. With your authorization, we retrieve aggregate content and performance metrics such as impressions, reach, views, watch time, engagement (likes, comments, shares, saves), follower or subscriber counts, audience insights, and the performance of individual posts, videos, Reels, and Shorts. We use this data solely to display analytics and reporting within Ascend OS for the account you connected.

We do not use connected-platform data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers needed to operate the service (Section 4). You can revoke our access at any time from within Ascend OS or from the platform's own security settings; doing so stops further data collection and you may request deletion of previously retrieved data (Section 7).

Platform compliance. Our access to and use of information received from these platforms complies with their developer terms and policies:

• Ascend OS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Our use of YouTube data is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
• Our access to and use of data from Meta platforms complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
• Our access to and use of TikTok data complies with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and related policies.

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Ascend OS platform.
• Display client workspaces, sales and profit-and-loss views, the lead pipeline, intake, and connected-platform analytics.
• Authenticate users and secure accounts and organizations.
• Communicate with you about your account, including transactional emails.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the contents of your client data or connected-platform data to train machine-learning models that serve other customers.

We share information only as needed to run the service: with trusted sub-processors who host our infrastructure, store files, send email, and provide similar operational services, all under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or in connection with a merger or acquisition (in which case we will notify you). We never sell your data.

We retain your information for as long as your organization maintains an active account, and afterward only as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you disconnect a platform or delete records, we delete or de-identify the associated data within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, scoped access controls, and least-privilege access to connected-platform tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or export the personal information we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your personal information.
• Disconnect any linked platform and request deletion of data we previously retrieved from it.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, where applicable.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11. Because Ascend OS is used by agencies on behalf of their clients, some requests may be directed to the agency that controls the relevant data.

We may process and store information in countries other than where you reside. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Ascend OS is a business tool intended for use by agencies and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of Ascend OS after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
